HERO: The Humane Education & Resource Officer (HERO) program serves the animals in our community who are most in need of a helping hand.
Feral Cats: HSPCA encourages TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return), which is widely recognized as the most humane and effective strategy for reducing feral cat populations.
Community Resources: Additional resources include animal control, area shelters, rescue groups and wildlife rescue information.
