Hi my name is Brooke! I was living a happy life with my two sisters until my owner decided he no longer wanted us anymore. He drove to the gates of the Heartland SPCA and threw myself and my sisters Aries and Azure out of the car. We had never been outside before so my sister’s crawled just a little ways before a nice worker at the adoption center picked us up and carried us inside. I, however, was a little more tricky. I hid nicely with my beautiful coat and I spent my first night outside. It was cold and I was really scared. The next day the nice workers did not give up on me and they searched until it was dark out. By this time I had made my way to a large drain pipe where I thought I would be safe. One of the Kennel Team girls climbed through the dirty drain and pulled me to safety- man am I grateful! I am so friendly, and I love attention! I also have big beautiful yellow eyes and a soft coat. I apologize for my pictures, they are a little blurry, but it was because I kept rubbing my face on the camera!
